Shipping &returns.
Every painting is packed by hand in the studio and shipped fully insured — or picked up in person in Groningen.

Shipping
Shipping cost depends on the size of the work and the destination. You receive an exact quote in your confirmation, before anything becomes binding.
- The Netherlands — typically 2–5 working days after confirmation.
- Europe — typically 5–10 working days.
- Worldwide — typically 7–14 working days.
Every shipment is insured for the full value and travels with track & trace.
Pickup in Groningen
You are welcome to collect your work at the studio, by appointment and free of charge. You see the work before taking it home and pay on pickup.
Returns
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Email info@ra-art.nl first — you will receive clear instructions for an insured return shipment.
Send the work back in its original packaging. The full amount, including the original shipping cost, is refunded within 14 days after the work has arrived back.
Commissioned works made to your personal specifications cannot be returned.
Damaged on arrival?
Unwrap carefully and check the work right away. If anything is wrong, report it within 48 hours with photos of the work and the packaging.
Every shipment is insured: together we arrange professional restoration or a full refund.
