Terms ofservice.
These terms apply to every reservation and purchase made through ra-art.nl — in plain language, no surprises.

The artworks
Every work is a unique, hand-made original, signed by the artist and delivered with a signed certificate of authenticity.
Colours can differ slightly from what your screen shows. Small irregularities are part of hand-made work — they are character, not defects.
Reservations and orders
Reserving works through the cart is free and non-binding. Within 24 hours you receive a personal confirmation with availability, shipping cost and delivery time.
A purchase agreement only comes into being once you accept that confirmation.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are quoted separately, before anything becomes binding.
Payment is currently made in cash on delivery, or when you pick up the work at the studio in Groningen. Online payment options are coming soon.
Shipping and delivery
Works are packed by hand and shipped insured with track & trace. The risk transfers to you at the moment of delivery.

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. Contact us first, then return the work insured and in its original packaging.
The full purchase amount, including the original shipping cost, is refunded within 14 days after the work has arrived back.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned works made to your personal specifications.
Copyright
All artworks remain the intellectual property of Abdulhakim Alsmadi. Buying a work gives you ownership of that physical piece — not the right to reproduce, print or commercially use the image.
Commissions
Private commissions are agreed individually: concept, size, price, deposit and timeline are confirmed in writing before the work starts.
Liability
Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to every agreement with RA Art. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
